the building the landlord is eligible for 90%
Loan to Value on purchase transactions with

In this case a bank will put up 50% of the debt,
and the SBA will put 40% leaving the Borrower to
put the remaining 10%. A great way to leverage
yourself into properties. SBA loans do have
limits. Currently the SBA Portion can not exceed
$2,000,000.
